The Tour de Watertower will be an Individual Time Trial.
Registration starts at 2pm, and the first rider will leave at 3pm sharp.
Riders will leave individually at 2 minute intervals after that.
-As for the route: The order of the stops is mandatory. The route taken is
up to individual riders. You may choose your route from stop to stop, taking into account: bridges, road conditions, traffic, and steepness of grade. Your manifest must be stamped in the order the stops are listed. It’s going to be 33 miles or more, depending on your choice of route. So train hard, and bring water.
-You will not need a bag, but a pen and helmet are mandatory, the helmet because vegetables don’t ride bikes, and a pen, as your manifest does not count if it does not
A) have your name AND number on it and
B) have all the stops stamped.
The stops will be posted on June 12th, 2009.
